photo shoots include:
- 1 professionally retouched "final" digital photo per look (high resolution and web ready copy on CD).
- close travel only up to 10 miles ($1.00 per mile fee after first 10).
- outfits and makeup (muas available) to be provided by client.

final images chosen to be photoshopped and given out will be decided upon by myself and the client (done on my computer immediatel after shoot).
images shot but not used will not be given out. this is done solely for legal / copyright purposes.

all images are copyrighted dke Photography.
images may be used on internet or for self promotion but must have the dke Photography logo.
i do not grant permission for you or anyone else to edit my images, or to use them without crediting me.
all clients must sign a standard model release.

deposits:
- a $50.00 deposit is required for all shoots. (if you are only paying for one look then yes, you are paying in full).
- deposit will go towards your final payment.
- all deposits are non-refundable. no exceptions.
- deposits may be used towards a proper rescheduled appointment.
- reschedules less than 5 days in advance will forfeit deposit.
- appointments will not be scheduled until deposit is received.
