standard shoot: $50.00 per look

attention: please note that the look and style of dke Photography is very particular and cannot always be translated to fit every concept perfectly. Each photo shoot must be set up and shot in such a manner to be sure that this look and style is correctly portrayed. to ensure that you get the best possible images in the style of dke Photography, the final say on each photograph will be decided upon by myself. this includes everything from the initial concept, to editing, and everything in between. The client is encouraged to come up with concepts, give inputs and ideas, and be a part of the photoshoot process; but in the end, I must have final say to ensure we get an end product we can both be proud of. photo shoots include:
- 1 professionally retouched final digital photo per look (high resolution and web ready copy on cd).
- close travel only up to 10 miles ($1.00 per mile fee after first 10).
- outfits and makeup to be provided by client or hired makeup artist.

final images chosen to be photoshopped and given out will be decided upon by myself and the client (done on my computer immediatel after shoot).
images shot but not used will not be given out. this is done solely for legal / copyright purposes.

all images are copyrighted dke Photography.
images may be used on internet or for self promotion but must have the dke Photography logo.
i do not grant permission for you or anyone else to edit my images, or to use them without crediting me.
all clients must sign a standard model release.

deposits:
- a $50.00 deposit is required for all shoots.
- deposit must be made within three days of schedueling a date.
- deposit will go towards your final payment (if paying for one look you will be paying in full).
- reschedules less than 7 days in advance of the appointment date will forfeit deposit.
- tardiness over 1 hour will forfeit depisit.
- i reserve the right to re-scheduel at any time due to weather or emergency.
- deposit may be used towards a proper re-scheduled appointment.
- all deposits are non-refundable.

other methods of deposit, check/money order:
if unable to use paypal, the deposit may be sent by check/money order.
shoot will be schedueld once deposit is cashed.

paying in full:
total payments may be paid in full though they are non refundable.

please be on time:
being on time is very important. shoot times are scheduled due to light availability and/or my availability. failure to do so could result in shoot cancellation and loss of depot/full payment.
